In the year 2060, movies are dying.

Film studios only produce A.I.-generated pictures. Filmmakers are few and far between.

But in the boardroom of Immortal Studios, an auteur named Loric, having returned from a long absence, has a plan that could take his newly assembled film crew across the galaxy.

And this plan hinges on the success of a superhero production, BlueStar.

CAMERA MAN #1 tells the story of Cameron “Cam” Maddox, a twenty-something film school grad, starting his first day on the set of the most ambitious superhero film ever made, BlueStar.

His one-of-a-kind camera suit gives him the ability to do just about everything he needs to get the shot — from flying to lighting — but there’s no manual on handling his suit… or his eccentric boss and crewmates.

Cam quickly learns that on this movie set there’s no “take two”. So all he has to do is not get fired and make it out alive. Should be easy, right?

Camera Man was inspired by our love of filmmaking. We wanted to examine the craft through a futuristic lens, while adding exciting superhero action to the mix!
